You need 2 mobile phones
Install whatsapp buisness(avilable on playstore) or gb whatsapp (available on chrome) in one phone.
Install textnow - ( play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.t.. ) in other phone.
Use the area code 762 in textnow app.
Textnow will show you 5 usa numbers.
In other phone type all the numbers one by one in whatsapp
In between 5 numbers whatsapp will acept one number.
Click on the number which whatsapp will accept.
You will get the otp in textnow app.
